Howdy All,
Please click this link below to view details of Aware's FREE Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Courses: https://www.aware.ie/help/life-skills-online-programme-information/
Everything you need to know is right there - I hope it of some interest to you!
Here's a little bit of information directly from Aware's website...
"A little more about Life Skills Online
Life Skills Online is based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT is a therapy that focuses on thinking and behaviour and has been shown to be an effective treatment for mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.
When a person experiences depression or is facing challenging life situations they may think and behave in unhelpful ways. CBT helps the person to make practical changes in these areas, which can help improve how they feel and also reduce some of the symptoms associated with depression, stress or anxiety.
Life skills online is a partnership between Aware and SilverCloud health. SilverCloud health evolved out of the Technology Enhanced Therapy (TET) project, a three year translational research project undertaken jointly by the National Digital Research Centre, Trinity College Dublin and Parents Plus, Mater University Hospital in Ireland. Prior to this, the project underwent seven years of direct academic research at Trinity College Dublin."
